Mr. Kubheka Thanduxolo is the qualified legal senior legal advisor with an LLB qualification from the University of Pretoria acquired in 201 1, Mr Kubheka has nine years' experience in the legal profession, previously worked for a legal expense's insurance Company for six years and is now responsible for the company's daily operations as director of the company practising for his own account. As the director of the company, he specialises in the following legal disciplines, labour law, real estate property management and civil litigation and, he is also responsible for the company's direction in charge of all tender related applications, liaise with state department from inception of the legal contracts to finalization. Mr. Kubheka is also responsible for chairing disciplinary hearings and represents clients at CCMA and also assist with drafting all motion application and affidavits at the labour Court. Mr. Kubheka has on numerous occasions dealt with government department as clients more specifically the department of public works Ladysmith branch which has over a period of over five years continuously awarded contract for residential accommodation with a contract value of over one million rand awarded to Sobode Security a subsidiary of Sobode Legal Consulting also headed by Mr Kubheka. Mr Kubheka is well vested in property management ranging from formulation of contract to daily operational management of buildings both commercial and residential, over the past seven years he has surely proven himself to be well vested and diversified with the real estate space and legal profession. The company director is also the brains behind the affiliation of Sobode Legal Consulting and Nzama Sobode attorneys one of the young leading law firm in Newcastle and has proven itself as a law firm to be regard in high esteem as it recently obtained a Court order against Eskom for an amount of over thirty seven million rand for delictual claim for damages.
